Job summary

Proton.ai in Cambridge, MA seeks an Implementation Manager to own standard customer engagements from pre-sales through go-live. You’ll translate distributor workflows into implementations, lead configuration, integrations, data readiness, testing, and training to deliver fast value.

You’ll guide scope, risk, and success criteria while collaborating with engineering and engagement teams. This role offers growth toward Engagement management.

Qualifications

• Implementation and project-management experience in B2B SaaS settings.
• Ability to translate distributor workflows into implementable plans.
• Experience with API integrations and data readiness for go-live.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner in pre-sales solutioning and turn requirements into phased plans.
• Lead delivery from kickoff to go-live, keeping workstreams on track.
• Govern stakeholders, surface risks, and resolve issues early.
• Translate business workflows into a technical implementation plan.
• Assess integration risks and coordinate with owners for tradeoffs.
• Define acceptance criteria, lead UAT, and coordinate cutover.
• Own implementation outcomes and track value delivery.
