Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking an AI Implementation Engineer to own our AI services ecosystem, from Claude and ChatGPT Enterprise to enterprise agents. This role blends technical execution with governance, defining how AI is used responsibly across the business.

You will administer platforms, design and deploy AI agents, partner with stakeholders to scope solutions, develop governance policies, ensure security and licensing compliance, and deliver cost insights to leadership in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT, systems administration, or related technical experience.
• 1–3 years hands-on experience with AI models, LLMs, frontier AI services, or AI agents.
• Foundational networking and cybersecurity knowledge for safe AI deployment.
• Experience managing virtualization environments (ESX, HyperV, Proxmox) or containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to governance, policies, or compliance programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML offerings.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage enterprise AI services, including Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows.
• Serve as the primary AI contact for all business units.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess AI use cases and deliver aligned solutions.
• Develop and improve AI governance policies and standards.
• Conduct ongoing compliance reviews of AI services.
• Evaluate and vet emerging AI tools and platforms.
• Coordinate with AI platform vendors on licensing and onboarding.
• Provide training and enablement on approved AI tools.
• Track AI usage, cost, and service health; surface insights to leadership.
