Job summary

Virtusa Corporation seeks a senior GTM, business development, and strategic leadership executive to shape AI service offerings and drive revenue growth. You will evangelize with C-level executives, build partner ecosystems, and align sales, delivery, and AI Lab teams to win strategic opportunities.

You will mentor presales and solution leaders, manage partnerships with technology vendors, and define KPIs to measure GTM success for global clients in banking, insurance, healthcare, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in senior GTM, business development, or strategic leadership in tech or consulting
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML landscape and consulting business model
• Comfortable presenting to C-suite and executives and driving revenue growth

Responsibilities

• Define and shape AI service offerings based on market analysis
• Act as top evangelist, delivering presentations to executives and at events
• Partner with sales and delivery teams to identify and close opportunities
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships with vendors and consultancies
• Mentor presales and solutions teams to align with GTM strategy
• Define and track KPIs to measure GTM success and report to leadership
