Gartner is seeking a Senior Director Analyst in the Tech CEO Research Practice to advise small and midsize technology providers on AI-led GTM, revenue architecture, and operations transformation. You will influence CXOs with data-driven recommendations and lead thought leadership to accelerate client transformation and growth.

You will present at Gartner events, support research and sales, and mentor junior researchers while shaping AI strategy across GTM domains.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
Built, led or materially shaped GTM at a company that demonstrated AI-led or AI-first GTM strategy.
Fluent across the full GTM system including ICP, motion design, pipeline, sales execution, RevOps, CS expansion, partners, pricing.
12+ years of tech leadership and AI business transformation experience.
Strong communication and executive engagement with CEOs and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Create innovative, highly leveraged research for Tech CEO audiences.
Develop new research ideas through thought leadership aligned to client needs.
Conduct in-depth analysis and predict AI, GTM, and business trends with actionable recommendations.
Engage with Tech CEOs and executive teams via virtual or in-person discussions.
Deliver presentations at Gartner events and client briefings to reinforce Gartner's AI authority.
Collaborate with research teams and mentor junior staff to improve service delivery.
