Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Director in the Tech CEO Research Organization to guide AI Orchestration strategy for small and midsize providers. You will gather and synthesize insights, engage with Tech CEOs, and shape flexible frameworks for growth, product strategy, and market leadership.

You will travel up to 25% (where applicable) and collaborate across Gartner's global teams, delivering provocative, practical guidance to clients and event audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in AI Orchestration leadership roles or as a Tech CEO within an AI Orchestration provider.
• Demonstrate executive presence; credibility with executives and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables.
• Excellence in research and writing; strong written and verbal proficiency with analytical and presentation skills.
• Able to engage clients and respond effectively to questions; synthesize data and apply patterns and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, thought-provoking insights on AI Orchestration market trends for small and midsize providers.
• Engage directly with Tech CEOs via virtual and in-person meetings, Gartner conferences, and industry events.
• Develop actionable frameworks and best practices for strategic growth and product innovation.
• Analyze and predict market shifts and competitive dynamics in AI Orchestration.
• Deliver presentations and thought leadership content for Gartner events and client briefings.
• Collaborate with Gartner's Insights community to shape research agendas.
