Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Director Analyst to lead research on AI services within the Emerging Market Dynamics Practice. You will forecast market trends, craft provocative insights, and engage high-level clients including CEOs and product leaders.

The role blends rigorous analysis with strategic storytelling and collaboration across a global team. You will develop forecasting models, publish insights, and present findings at Gartner events and client briefings, while mentoring junior analysts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
• Experience of market sizing and forecasting
• Passion for predictive thinking, complex forecast analysis and discussions
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong sense of ownership and ‘get-it-done’ attitude
• Ability to work independently and across teams in a multicultural global team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Demonstrate executive presence and credibility with executives and stakeholders
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts concisely

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on AI services markets to guide Gartner clients
• Develop market sizing/forecasting models based on forecast assumptions
• Provide actionable advice to clients through content and interactions
• Create high-value presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings
• Support BTI and Sales by providing market voice to drive client engagement
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across Insights teams
