Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director in its Tech CEO Research Organization to counsel Tech CEOs of SMB providers on growth strategies and AI orchestration innovations.

The role emphasizes high-impact research, executive storytelling, and direct client engagement in a rapidly evolving market landscape. You will craft frameworks, analyze market shifts, and present insights at Gartner conferences and client briefings, while collaborating across Insights teams to push forward the AI research

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant AI Orchestration leadership experience.
• Experience working in small or mid-size technology providers.
• Demonstrate executive presence and immediately establish credibility with executives and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, must-have insights on AI Orchestration market trends for small and midsize providers.
• Engage directly with Tech CEOs via virtual and in-person meetings, Gartner conferences, and industry events to address strategic challenges.
• Develop actionable frameworks and best practices to help Tech CEOs accelerate decision-making and execution in AI Orchestration strategies.
