Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Sales Manager for its AI GTM team in San Francisco to drive growth with leading AI companies. You will lead a team of Account Executives, guide strategic sales with executives, and shape our AI-focused product conversations with customers.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and User Operations to execute a robust go-to-market strategy, build deep industry insight, and own key enterprise relationships across the AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

8+ years of sales leadership experience.
10+ years in hyper-growth SaaS or technology environments in the AMER region.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth with existing and new customers.
Self-starter capable of delivering results with minimal supervision.
Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
Deep understanding of AI industry dynamics and monetization models.
Strong product acumen and ability to explain complex capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentations.
Willingness to roll up sleeves and lead negotiations on bespoke enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

Develop long-term vision for the AI GTM team and scale daily operations.
Lead and grow a team of Account Executives handling AI accounts and new opportunities.
Coach team to develop consultative and solution-based selling skills.
Drive revenue, increase attach rates, and expand existing client bases.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and User Ops to shape GTM strategy.
Serve as internal/external expert on Stripe AI-focused products and models.
Build executive relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CTOs to advise on Stripe support.
Create best practices and improve engagement models.
