Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Sales Manager on the AI GTM team to lead a high-growth AI-focused sales unit. You will guide Account Executives, shape consultative selling motions, and partner with Product, Marketing, and User Operations to accelerate Stripe’s AI monetization initiatives.

You will build and scale a team, own strategic plans, and engage with executives across AI-native customers to drive revenue and ensure strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales leadership experience launching and growing teams.
• 10+ years in hyper-growth SaaS/tech in AMER region.
• Proven ability to drive revenue expansion across portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop the long-term vision for the AI GTM team and scale operations.
• Lead Account Executives driving revenue expansion and new opportunities.
• Coach teams to develop consultative, solution-based sales skills.
• Drive revenue, product attach, and retention with high-growth clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and User Ops to shape go-to-market strategy.
• Act as internal/external expert on Stripe AI monetization and APIs.
