Job summary

Stripe is seeking a senior enterprise sales leader to drive AI-native partnerships with strategic customers. You will manage multi-year collaboration plans, negotiate landmark agreements, and expand Stripe’s commercial footprint across large organizations.

You will operate with vision and urgency, coordinating cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders while advancing Stripe’s AI GTM strategy and ensuring customer needs are understood and prioritized.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of sales experience selling technical products to large enterprises.
• 4+ years leading complex sales cycles with Enterprise orgs.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex deals with competing priorities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain executive relationships at the C-suite level.
• Ability to craft creative solutions spanning multiple products and models.

Responsibilities

• Own full commercial sales cycles and partnership opportunities, from business case development to close.
• Develop a strategic account plan to expand Stripe’s footprint within the customer’s business.
• Drive deal strategy and negotiations for large, complex renewals.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders and understand their problems to find durable solutions.
• Coordinate conversations with stakeholders to expand the customer relationship.
• Lead and contribute to team projects to advance Stripe’s AI GTM initiatives.
