Job summary

Torq is hiring a GTM Engineer to join our Transformation & Business Systems team. You’ll map manual processes across Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing and RevOps and translate them into automated, AI-powered workflows.

You’ll own automation from idea to production, build workflows with n8n, Zapier, Make, Tray.io, or Workato, and design AI agents that plug into real business processes using LLMs and memory patterns. Collaboration with RevOps, Sales and CS is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building automations or AI-powered workflows.
• Experience with LLM-based automation and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Map manual business processes across Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing and RevOps.
• Own automation delivery from idea to production.
• Build automated workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make, Tray.io or Workato.
• Design AI agents that plug into business workflows and use LLM APIs.
• Vibe code complete internal tools end-to-end from prototype to production.
• Connect internal systems via APIs and webhooks for Marketing and Revenue teams.
• Monitor and improve existing automations and train process owners.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Sales and CS to translate requirements.
