Job summary

Torq is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to join the Transformation & Business Systems team. You will map manual processes and build end-to-end AI-powered automations across Finance, HR, Sales, Support, and IT, delivering production-ready solutions that scale with Torq's growth.

You will work with LLMs, AI agents, and automation platforms to design, implement, test, and ship robust tools that streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency across the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building automations or AI-powered workflows.
• Hands-on knowledge of LLMs and reliable output.
• Experience with at least one AI automation platform.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into automated solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM data flows and revenue workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map manual business processes across Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, and revenue funnel.
• Own automation delivery from idea to production.
• Build automated workflows using platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make, Tray.io, or Workato.
• Design and deploy AI agents that plug into real business workflows – embedding LLM APIs and using RAG/memory patterns.
• Prototype end-to-end tools using AI coding assistants and validate with business users.
• Connect internal systems via APIs and webhooks for AI-powered workflows in Marketing and Revenue.
• Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve automations; train process owners.
