Job summary

Torq is hiring an AI GTM Engineer to join our Transformation & Business Systems team. You will map manual processes across departments and translate requirements into AI-powered automations, building end-to-end solutions with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, Tray.io, or Workato.

You’ll design AI agents, embed LLM APIs, and apply RAG/memory concepts to ensure automated workflows fit real business needs, collaborating with RevOps, Sales and CS to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience building automations or AI-powered workflows.
• Solid working knowledge of LLMs, their capabilities and limits.
• Hands-on with at least one AI automation/workflow platform.
• Comfortable using AI coding tools to build and ship end-to-end projects.

Responsibilities

• Map manual processes across Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing and revenue funnel and identify automation opportunities.
• Own automation delivery from idea to production: translate requirements and build, test, and ship solutions.
• Build automated workflows using platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make, Tray.io, or Workato.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents integrated into business workflows with LLM APIs and memory patterns.
