• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business development, technical strategy, software, cloud, or technology industries, preferably with experience leading large-scale cloud marketplace initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, design, and scaled execution of GTM programs from concept through measurable business impact.
• Drive marketplace revenue growth by establishing structured partner prioritization, onboarding, and activation pathways.
• Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives, including enterprise buyer matchmaking, partner enablement, cohort-based education, sales activation, and marketplace acceleration programs.
• Oversee marketplace readiness across hyperscaler channels, ensuring coordination across finance, product management, sales, offer, and operations teams.
• Design and lead executive portfolio business reviews connecting marketplace performance to priorities and investments.
• Establish scalable playbooks, governance models, operating rhythms, and reporting mechanisms.
• Translate portfolio performance data into executive recommendations on success metrics and investment priorities.
• Present the Marketplace vision and strategy to sales, partners, and cross-functional communities.
