Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Business, Engineering, CS, Operations, Marketing or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with high-visibility milestones.
• Proven ability to apply AI to workflows and improve productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for GTM activities across product, engineering, marketing, sales and operations.
• Coordinate across teams to align launch strategy, content, customer engagement and execution.
• Establish a rigorous GTM operating rhythm with reviews, risk management, and dashboards.
• Prepare concise executive materials synthesizing status, context, tradeoffs and actions.
• Support leadership forums, town halls and major industry events with strong prep and alignment.
• Champion AI-driven transformation by mapping future-state processes and building business cases.
• Apply AI, automation and agentic workflows to GTM planning and reporting with measurable impact.
• Develop scalable processes, templates, dashboards and operating mechanisms for visibility.
