Tavus is a fast-growing AI research company seeking a Growth Marketer to own the engine that turns awareness into adoption, engagement, and revenue. You’ll drive acquisition, activation, lifecycle, and product-led growth with a clear hypothesis framework and disciplined experimentation.

Collaborating with Product, Sales, Design, and Data, you’ll craft campaigns, optimize journeys, and leverage Tavus technology to deliver personalized experiences and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience owning measurable growth outcomes for B2B SaaS or developer tools.
• Strong analytics mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to run structured experimentation across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, lifecycle, and product-led growth.
• Develop campaigns targeting developers, product teams, and enterprise buyers.
• Analyze journey to identify friction points and improve conversion.
• Build a structured experimentation roadmap for channels, messaging, and onboarding.
• Launch and optimize paid and organic acquisition campaigns.
• Improve website and landing pages through testing and segmentation.
• Collaborate with Product to drive onboarding and product-led growth.
