Office Hours is seeking a Growth Engineer to build and optimize growth surfaces, signup/onboarding flows, and funnel instrumentation for a two-sided marketplace. You’ll run experiments end-to-end, prototype with AI coding tools, and collaborate with marketing, product, and design to move metrics.

You’ll join a fast-growing engineering team, enjoy flexible remote or hybrid work, and shape the velocity of experimentation across the organization.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience across the stack.
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or funnel instrumentation.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship growth surfaces (landing pages, signup/onboarding flows, funnels) for both sides of the marketplace.
• Run end-to-end experiments: design, deploy, measure, and iterate.
• Improve experimentation and feature-flag infrastructure to speed tests.
• Instrument funnels to identify drop-offs and inform the team.
• Create internal tools and automations to speed growth and marketing work.
