Job summary

Dell Technologies Services in Austin, TX seeks a Sr Transformation Consultant, AI Growth to drive strategic programs across Dell’s AI infrastructure initiatives. You will partner with executive leaders to identify opportunities, build strategic roadmaps, and shape how Dell services differentiate in a fast-changing AI market.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years with a Master's degree, 5+ years with a PhD, or equivalent experience as a strategy consultant in a large enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams, project teams, and informal teams, with outstanding problem solving, structuring, analytical, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
• Comfort with fast moving markets, incomplete data, and ambiguity, plus the drive to work independently.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic AI growth opportunities across Dell services and customer ecosystems.
• Build business cases for Dell Services as a differentiator in AI buying decisions.
• Interview customers and partners to test hypotheses.
• Support efforts to scale Services delivery models.
• Assess investment alternatives including build, partner, and acquire options.
• Manage cross-functional teams to turn strategy into action.
