Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a hands-on Technical Writer to create practical documentation for enterprise AI enablement. You will translate complex governance, risk, and operating-model concepts into SharePoint and Confluence content, procedures, and reusable guidance.

Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver clear, implementable artifacts. The role requires 3–5 years in technical writing or IT documentation, with hands-on experience in SharePoint, Confluence, Visio,

Qualifications

3–5 years of technical writing or IT documentation experience.
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear documentation.
Experience with enterprise content platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain SharePoint and Confluence pages for AI enablement and governance work.
Create and edit procedures, guides, playbooks, FAQs, checklists, and reference materials.
Develop process maps and diagrams to clarify roles, handoffs, and approvals.
Gather information from stakeholders and validate content with SMEs.
Improve consistency with common terminology, formatting, and reviews.
Collaborate with business, technology, risk, compliance, and governance teams.
