Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, IT documentation, knowledge management, business analysis, process design, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience creating and maintaining content in SharePoint and Confluence.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear procedures, process maps, and visual documentation for intricate workflows.
• Solid ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain knowledge platforms (SharePoint, Confluence) for AI enablement and governance.
• Create and refine documentation including procedures, playbooks, FAQs, checklists, and decision trees.
• Develop visual aids such as process maps, diagrams, swimlanes, and operating-model visuals.
