Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical writing, IT documentation, process mapping, or knowledge management.
• Proficiency creating and structuring content in Confluence and SharePoint.
• Strong visual documentation skills (process flows, swimlanes) using Visio or PowerPoint.
• Excellent interviewing, writing, synthesis, and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, organize, and maintain AI knowledge platforms in SharePoint and Confluence.
• Author comprehensive process guides, playbooks, FAQs, decision trees, and operating procedures for technical and non-technical teams.
• Build clear visual process maps, workflow diagrams, and swimlanes using Visio or PowerPoint to illustrate handoffs and governance paths.
• Interview cross-functional SMEs to synthesize technical requirements into clear documentation.
