Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Process Design Consultant in Newark, DE (hybrid) for a 12-month engagement. You will rewrite and redesign user documentation, migrate content from SharePoint to a structured Confluence library, and develop intuitive hierarchies, templates, and labeling.

You will collaborate with SMEs to validate technical information and produce on-demand training materials. The role requires 5+ years of technical writing, expert Word and Confluence skills, and experience with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical writing experience.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word and Confluence.
• Familiarity with SharePoint pages, lists, and document libraries.
• Able to simplify and structure complex processes.
• Experience with documentation redesign, cleanup, or migration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rewrite and redesign procedure and user documentation.
• Migrate content from SharePoint to a Confluence documentation library.
• Develop intuitive page hierarchies, templates, navigation, and labeling in Confluence.
• Standardize page layouts and improve searchability for easy consumption.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate technical information.
• Create mixed-media training and onboarding materials, including quick-start guides and reference sheets.
