Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a leading financial services organization to empower AI enablement through clear, actionable documentation. You will design knowledge resources that demystify AI concepts and govern their use across the enterprise.

You will build and refine content across SharePoint and Confluence, craft procedures, playbooks, checklists, and diagrams, and collaborate with risk, compliance, and business teams to drive adoption and governance.

Qualifications

3-5 years in technical writing or IT documentation.
Experience creating and maintaining content in SharePoint and Confluence.
Ability to map complex workflows into clear procedures and visual content.
Strong communication with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Excellent writing, editing, and attention-to-detail skills.
Proficiency with diagrams and documentation tools like Visio, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain knowledge platforms for AI enablement and governance.
Create procedures, playbooks, FAQs, checklists, and decision trees for diverse audiences.
Develop process maps, workflows, and operating-model visuals to illustrate roles and handoffs.
Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather information and validate content with SMEs.
Enhance content consistency via terminology, standards, and version control.
Collaborate with business, technology, data, risk, compliance, legal, and governance teams to deliver actionable artifacts.
