Job summary

Morgan Stanley's Firm Risk Management (FRM) Division is seeking an Associate to support AI governance and reporting across MRM. The role blends Scrum Master duties with hands-on analysis, coordinating AI-enabled process improvements and agile delivery with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities include backlog management, governance and reporting dashboards, stakeholder communications, and ensuring compliance and data quality across inventories and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, data analytics, finance, risk management, or a related field.
• 1–4 years in agile delivery, project coordination, business analysis, reporting, governance, or risk management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver AI and automation opportunities across MRM governance, reporting, inventory management, and policy assurance.
• Support policy assurance activities, including monitoring compliance, findings, remediation actions, exceptions, and governance commitments.
• Support model, Tool, and EUC inventory governance, including attestations, verifications, data-quality reviews, discrepancy resolution, control monitoring, and reporting.
• Prepare dashboards, metrics, executive summaries, presentations, and other materials for senior management and governance forums.
• Support MRM training, communications, FAQs, procedures, templates, and stakeholder guidance.
• Document requirements and coordinate cross-functional testing, implementation, adoption, and stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain backlogs and delivery roadmaps, and track milestones, dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery metrics.
