Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking an AI Risk Management professional to lead oversight and governance of AI risk across the firm. You will guide the AI oversight committee, manage assessments, and work closely with business units and engineering to implement scalable controls.

The role requires 3+ years in financial services with AI knowledge, strong project management, and excellent communication across diverse stakeholders. On-site in Dallas with opportunities to influence risk posture globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience, preferably in Financial Services and with working knowledge of AI.
• Excellent project management and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills, team oriented and quick to grasp technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Shape firmwide AI risk management oversight and governance through managing the AI oversight committee and related activities.
• Design, maintain, and evolve the firmwide AI governance framework with Legal, Compliance, and Engineering.
• Liaise with technology teams to design scalable AI inventory management and risk assessment workflows.
• Manage and coordinate engagement with regulators to shape external understanding of the firm's risk approach.
