JPMorganChase is seeking an AI Governance Senior Associate within the SAIGE team to help shape responsible AI adoption and governance across the firm. You will track governance metrics, financial valuations, and strategic initiatives using KRIs, KPIs, dashboards, and analyses.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3 years of applicable experience in data governance, data management, data visualization, data analysis, strategy, or project management.
• Strong Excel knowledge, including Pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
• Ability to develop advanced data visualization and presentations.
• Define metrics, evaluate results, and design improvements based on insights.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Synthesize data from multiple sources to ensure governance standards.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and materials for governance metrics and valuation reporting.
• Convert data into actionable insights and tell a compelling data story.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve governance workflows and data inventories.
• Manage projects with clear ownership, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify and implement improvements to automate reporting and tools.
• Extract and wrangle data from diverse sources using Excel, Alteryx, and/or SQL.
• Stay current on AI advancements and governance practices.
