Morgan Stanley's Firm Risk Management (FRM) Division seeks an Associate to support AI-enabled solutions across Model Risk Management governance and reporting. The role blends Scrum Master duties with hands-on support to identify, coordinate, and implement AI-driven improvements to automate processes and enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile delivery and project coordination.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in reporting and governance processes.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver AI and automation opportunities across MRM governance, reporting, inventory management, and policy assurance.
• Support policy assurance activities, including monitoring compliance, findings, remediation actions, exceptions, and governance commitments.
• Support model, Tool, and EUC inventory governance, including attestations, verifications, data-quality reviews, discrepancy resolution, control monitoring, and reporting.
• Prepare dashboards, metrics, executive summaries, presentations, and other materials for senior management and governance forums.
• Support MRM training, communications, FAQs, procedures, templates, and stakeholder guidance.
• Document requirements and coordinate cross-functional testing, implementation, adoption, and stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain backlogs and delivery roadmaps, and track milestones, dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery metrics.
