JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an AI Governance Senior Associate to support tracking firmwide governance metrics, valuations, and strategic initiatives.

The role involves leveraging KRIs, KPIs, dashboards, and analyses, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver clear ownership, milestones, and deliverables. You will partner with stakeholders, build executive-ready materials, and contribute to continuous improvement of governance workflows, tools, and reporting across the Strategic AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years in data governance, management, analytics, or project management.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot tables and XLOOKUP demonstrated.
• Ability to create advanced data visualizations and compelling presentations.
• Ability to define metrics, evaluate results, and design process improvements.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

• Synthesize data from diverse sources to ensure governance compliance.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and materials for governance metrics and valuations.
• Convert data into actionable insights and tell stories with visuals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve governance workflows and data inventories.
• Lead projects with ownership, milestones, and deliverables; manage dependencies.
• Identify and implement improvements to automate reporting and processes.
• Extract and wrangle data using Excel, Alteryx, and/or SQL.
• Stay current on AI advances and governance practices.
