Qualifications

  • NIST AI RMF and governance practices expected.
  • AI readiness assessment, use-case prioritization and adoption change management.
  • Prompt engineering standards and reusable libraries.
  • Power Platform/Power BI for workflow integration.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools is a plus but not core.
  • Executive- and technical-level briefing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct AI readiness and opportunity assessments across functions.
  • Identify, prioritize, and roadmap high-value AI use cases.
  • Establish governance aligned to NIST RMF.
  • Design and oversee AI proofs of concept and pilots.
  • Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, security, privacy, bias, maintainability.
  • Establish prompts, data handling, and validation standards.
  • Facilitate workshops across exec and technical audiences.
  • Build internal capability through knowledge transfer and training.
  • Define and measure AI adoption, business value, and ROI.
