Remote work is possible with CA residence preferred and travel required. The role offers CEU training and supervision support for relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in AI governance or related field.
• Experience with PMBOK and project leadership.
• Experience creating staff training and job aids.
• Familiarity with healthcare data environments and privacy.
• Experience in regulated health settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI intake and governance documentation.
• Track inventory, risk, and approvals; monitor dashboards.
• Collaborate with departments to support AI workflows and reviews.
• Provide training guidance and materials; escalate issues as needed.
• Travel to satellite locations as required.
