Job summary

UST is seeking an AI Governance SME & Advisor to help clients build the foundations for responsible AI adoption at enterprise scale. This role focuses on advising governance requirements and operationalising them within the business, working directly with senior leaders to translate strategy into practical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or implementing AI governance, risk or responsible AI frameworks.
• Understanding AI regulations and standards such as EU AI Act, ISO 42001 or NIST AI RMF.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Shape and embed the client's AI governance approach with senior stakeholders.
• Design practical AI governance frameworks, operating models and decision processes.
• Help establish AI governance boards, ownership models and accountability structures.
• Create governance processes from initial assessment to ongoing monitoring.
• Support implementation of governance platforms, inventories and reporting.
• Translate AI regulations into practical guidance for business teams.
• Collaborate with security, legal, privacy and tech specialists on AI risks.
• Assist organisations in adopting emerging AI technologies responsibly.
