Job summary

Connection seeks an AI Solutions and Enablement Advisor to bridge business users, IT, Security, Data Governance, and engineering teams, promoting responsible AI adoption. You will guide implementation, assess licensing and costs, and ensure sustainable AI investments across the organization.

The role focuses on enabling adoption and governance of AI technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, and related services, while avoiding heavy custom model development.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying opportunities for AI to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Ability to guide adoption of AI solutions with governance and compliance in mind.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
• Evaluate AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform.
• Serve as SME on organizational AI capabilities and available tools.
• Help leaders determine when AI is appropriate vs. traditional automation.
• Guide use cases, outcomes, metrics, adoption approaches, and priorities.
• Assist teams in evaluating AI platforms, models, and services.
