Job summary

Roboflow Labs is seeking a Business Development lead to build relationships with frontier labs, including researchers, data teams, and technical executives. You will drive a repeatable sales motion across the full cycle from sourcing to close.

You will own CRM, forecasting, and account plans, and represent Labs at industry events. A background in frontier models and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Technical seller with high agency and bias toward action.
• Fluent enough in frontier models to hold credible discovery conversations with researchers.
• Skilled at managing multi-threaded deals across researchers, budget owners, procurement, legal and executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the pipeline of frontier lab accounts.
• Run the full cycle: sourcing, discovery, sample packets, evaluations, proposals, negotiation, and close.
• Stand up CRM, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and account plans for repeatable motion.
• Represent Labs at industry events and online.
