Job summary

Roboflow is seeking a technical, proactive Business Development lead for Roboflow Labs in a distributed setup. You’ll build relationships with frontier labs, manage research scientists, data partnerships teams, and executives to drive multi-threaded deals.

You’ll own the pipeline from sourcing to closing, stand up repeatable processes, and represent Labs at events and online. Compensation includes base salary and equity.

Qualifications

• Proficient in frontier models and credible discovery conversations with researchers.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder deals across researchers, budget holders, procurement and legal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Nice to have: network at frontier labs, CV/robotics familiarity, prior sales experience, track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and own pipeline of frontier lab accounts.
• Run full cycle from outreach to pricing, proposals, negotiation and close.
• Set up repeatable motion: CRM, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and account plans.
• Represent Roboflow Labs at industry events and online.
