Job summary

Roboflow is hiring a Business Development Lead for Roboflow Labs in San Francisco. You will build our relationships with frontier labs, spanning researchers, data teams and executives, and drive a repeatable motion from outreach to close.

You will own the pipeline, manage partnerships, and represent Labs at events. The role combines technical insight with deal-making, autonomy, and a clear path to impact in AI-enabled industries.

Qualifications

• Technical seller with AI/ CV domain knowledge.
• Fluent enough in frontier models for credible discovery conversations.
• Skilled at navigating multiple stakeholders (researchers, budget owners, procurement, legal, execs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Nice to have: existing frontier labs network, familiarity with computer vision or robotics, prior sales success, track record of meeting numbers.

What You'll Do

As the Business Development lead at Roboflow Labs, you'll build our relationships with the frontier labs. Our stakeholders are research scientists, human-data teams, and technical executives. You'll build and run the motion that targets across all three.

• Build and own the pipeline of frontier lab accounts.
• Run the full cycle: sourcing and outreach, discovery with researchers and data-partnerships teams, sample packets and evaluations, pricing and proposals, negotiation with procurement and legal, and close.
• Stand up the systems for a repeatable motion: CRM, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and the account plans that turn a first purchase into a durable relationship
• Represent Labs at industry events and online.

Who You Are

You are a technical seller ready to hit the pavement in the heart of the AI boom. You have high agency and a bias toward action.

• Sufficiently fluent enough in frontier models to hold a credible discovery conversation with a researcher.
• Skilled at multi-threaded deals: research champions, budget owners, procurement, legal, and executives, sometimes all in one account
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Nice to have: an existing network at frontier labs, familiarity with computer vision or robotics, prior sales experience, a track record of owning and beating a number

Where You'll Work

Roboflow is a fully distributed company with hubs in San Francisco, New York City, Singapore, and Brazil. Roboflow Labs works in person in San Francisco. We host full company retreats twice per year.

What You'll Receive

The target compensation for this role is $80,000 – $160,000 base salary commensurate with experience as well as equity in the company. Total cash comp is expected to scale significantly with growth of Roboflow Labs.
