PagerDuty is seeking an AI-Forward Sr. Product & Design Operations Manager to partner with Product and Design leadership, building an operating system for planning, launching, and improving outcomes.

You will define scope, prioritize work, and create repeatable processes with Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success, leveraging agentic AI workflows to deliver value. The role requires experience in product/design ops, strong PM skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, design operations, or similar.
• Experience establishing planning and prioritization processes across a product org.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional launches involving Engineering, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success.
• Strong PM and organizational skills; builds processes that run without the author.
• Experience creating and maintaining operational documentation and standards.
• Ability to work autonomously across teams.
• Experience building agentic AI workflows with Claude or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for Product and Design on AI Transformation initiative; build Claude skills and AI workflows.
• Define the Product Operations function with clear scope and metrics.
• Build cross-functional launch workflows across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Support and Legal.
• Own R&D capitalization process with Finance; provide clear categorizations for work.
• Partner with Customer Success on closed-loop product feedback with rapid responses.
• Automate rhythms for Product and Design teams, including planning cadences and design sprints.
• Lead vendor management and tooling budget oversight for Product and Design.
• Enable research ops with agentic workflows and reusable customer research.
• Define, track, and report KPIs for product/design effectiveness.
• Create onboarding programs for new Product and Design team members.
• Partner with leadership to set operational vision and priorities.
• Foster collaboration and high performance across Product and Design.
