Job summary

PagerDuty in Atlanta is seeking an AI-forward Sr. Product & Design Operations Manager to partner with Product and Design Leadership, defining planning, prioritization, and release rigor across Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will build cross-functional workflows, establish planning discipline, and craft KPIs to track readiness, cycle time, and feedback speed, while scaling onboarding and research operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Design Operations, Business Operations, or similar.
• Experience establishing planning and prioritization processes across a product organization.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional launches involving Engineering, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to run processes without their author.
• Experience creating and maintaining operational documentation, guidelines, standards.
• Autonomous, proactive work across teams you do not own.
• Experience building agentic AI workflows with Claude or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for Product and Design on AI Transformation initiatives.
• Define the Product Operations function with clear scope, requirements, and metrics.
• Build cross-functional workflows for launching customer-facing changes.
• Own the process and evidence trail for capitalizable R&D work with Finance.
• Partner with Customer Success on closed-loop product feedback and rapid responses.
• Automate operating rhythms for Product and Design teams, including planning cadences and workshops.
• Lead vendor management, tooling budget oversight, and admin for Product and Design.
• Enable research operations through agentic workflows and reusable customer insights.
