Job summary

PagerDuty, Inc. seeks an AI-Forward Sr. Product & Design Operations Manager to build the operating system for product and design.

You will scope, plan, prioritize, track, and release work, partnering with Engineering, Finance and Customer Success to apply structured, data-driven processes and intelligent AI workflows. The role emphasizes cross-functional launch readiness, KPI tracking, onboarding programs, and senior leadership collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Operations or Design Operations
• Experience establishing planning and prioritization processes across a product organization
• Experience building agentic AI workflows with Claude or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Define the Product Operations function and establish planning discipline for scope, requirements, metrics, and data
• Build cross-functional workflows for launching significant customer-facing changes across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Support, Legal and Customer Success
• Partner with Finance on R&D capitalization and cost classification
• Automate operating rhythms including planning cadence, design sprints, and cross-functional workshops
• Own vendor management, tooling budget oversight, and administration for Product and Design
