PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking an AI-Forward Sr. Product & Design Operations Manager to partner with Product and Design leadership and implement the operating system for rigorous planning, releases, and customer feedback loops.

The role spans defining scoping, prioritization, and measurements, and working with Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success to bring structured, AI-driven workflows to customers. The position is hybrid, with a San Francisco office requirement two days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Design Operations, Business Operations, or similar
• Experience establishing planning and prioritization processes in a product org
• Experience coordinating cross-functional launches with Engineering, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success
• Strong PM skills with ability to implement processes without the author
• Experience creating operational docs, guidelines, and standards
• Ability to drive initiatives autonomously across teams you don’t own
• Experience building agentic AI workflows with Claude or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for Product and Design on AI Transformation initiatives, building Claude skills
• Define Product Operations function with planning discipline and clear scope
• Build cross-functional workflows for launches coordinating multiple teams
• Own R&D capitalizable work classification with Finance
• Partner with Customer Success for closed-loop product feedback
• Automate planning cadence, design sprints, and cross-functional workshops
• Lead vendor management and tooling budget for Product and Design
• Enable research ops through agentic workflows and reusable insights
