The role emphasizes hands-on coding, architectural leadership, and collaboration across Marketing, Product, and Data. Expect to advance Next.js, Sanity, and Vercel stacks, with a focus on performance and experimentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional web development experience.
• Experience in staff/lead or principal engineering roles.
• Proven track record building marketing tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage technical plan for Ripple's marketing web platform.
• Pioneer AI integration and workflow automation with LLM tools.
• Engineer experimentation and personalization infrastructure.
• Build data pipelines and integrations with marketing tech stack.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives between Marketing, Product, and Data teams.
• Define and enforce engineering guidelines and CI/CD standards.
• Build scalable Sanity schemas and APIs for content workflows.
• Optimize core web vitals, SEO, and edge caching.
• Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence.
