Job summary
Avalara is seeking a Principal-level AI-first Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of complex Q2C programs across Sales, CPQ/Finance, and NetSuite. This is an enterprise IC role reporting to the VP of Business Technology, with scope across Salesforce and revenue systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, BIS, or related field.
- 12+ years of technical program management experience in enterprise tech.
- Experience delivering Q2C programs across CPQ, billing, revenue recognition, and renewals.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of Q2C programs across Sales and CPQ/Finance systems—scope through launch and value realization.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Finance, Legal, Business Systems, and Engineering.
- Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, requirements, status, risk detection, and executive communication.
- Partner with enterprise architecture to ensure scalable, integrated solutions with enterprise data strategy.
- Establish governance, dashboards, RAID logs, and executive updates for portfolio health.
