Job summary

Avalara is seeking a Staff-level, AI-first Technical Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of complex programs across our Sales and CPQ/Finance systems landscape. This role requires engaging with multiple teams to translate business needs into actionable plans and using AI tools to enhance program execution.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and managing Quote-to-Cash initiatives, supporting a dynamic environment that embraces AI within workflows.

Qualifications

12+ years in technical program management delivering complex enterprise technology programs.
Proven experience leading Q2C programs end-to-end across multiple departments.
Strong executive presence and outstanding written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of programs across Sales and CPQ/Finance systems.
Drive requirements and design reviews, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
Lead program governance, translating business needs into technical execution.
