Snowflake seeks a Principal TPM to design AI-native revenue enablement workflows and orchestrate enterprise programs. You will partner with GRE, Technology & Systems, Data Analytics and AI teams to translate growth strategies into automated, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management, business operations, or revenue systems leadership within high-growth technology or SaaS environments.
• Proven IC5 track record driving multi-quarter enterprise programs with minimal direction.
• AI-first fluency with practical understanding of modern LLM APIs and agentic workflow orchestration.
• Deep systems fluency with revenue tech stacks and data warehouses.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights and validate ROI.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-native workflows in partnership with Technology & Systems engineering for auditable enablement across the organization.
• Eliminate operational friction by removing manual bottlenecks in lifecycle processes and handoffs.
• Lead evaluation, piloting, and standardization of tool stacks based on GRE priorities.
• Drive mission-critical programs using Scrum and Agile methods with distributed teams.
• Treat enablement as a product, establishing telemetry, SLAs, and feedback loops.
• Run strategic intake and prioritization to convert unstructured business demands into measurable roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with executives to manage milestones and risk mitigations.
• Advise on CPQ architecture (Salesforce) for faster deal structuring.
• Work on packaging, pricing execution, and API-based enablement services.
• Codify pricing rules and discounting thresholds into automated rules engines to reduce approvals.
• Ensure downstream systems interoperability across LMS, CRM, CPQ and usage-metering infrastructure.
• Ensure operational readiness of CRM, CPQ, billing, telemetry and enablement repositories before releases.
