Atria Health Institute in New York City is seeking a versatile Clinical Recruiter to join our team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical roles across multiple markets, partner with the People team and leadership, and ensure a high-touch experience for hiring managers and candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience, clinical recruitment a plus.
• Experience recruiting for APPs, RNs, Radiology Technicians, or Medical Assistants is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools or building automations to improve recruiting workflows is a plus.
• Experience working with recruitment tools (Greenhouse, data scrapper tools, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Commitment to providing exceptional service and hospitality.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all aspects of the job

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical positions across multiple markets.
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and align on hiring needs.
• Partner with People team and leadership to develop innovative recruiting strategies.
• Assist in recruiting for corporate roles when needed.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics.
• Identify and implement AI-driven sourcing and automation tools to improve speed and quality of hiring
