Valence is seeking an experienced, mission-driven professional to drive high-priority initiatives across the organization. This role sits with a single leader at a time and is built for ex-consultants and startup operators who want to accelerate their careers in an AI-first company.

You’ll work across pre-sales to post-sales, shaping strategy, pilot programs, and board-level initiatives to scale the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in consulting and/or fast-paced B2B startup.
• Ability to diagnose a variety of problems, break them down, and provide actionable solutions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, with ability to adapt to internal/external audiences.
• Comfort with data manipulation and visualization to communicate key insights.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, CS, Eng/Prompting, Operations and Product.
• Create and implement project plans that identify gaps and drive cross-functional coordination.
• Develop models and plans to identify key inputs and drive cross-functional decision-making.
• Establish playbooks and strategies to rapidly scale the team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Design, and Engineering to identify and remove blockers and improve the product.
