Job summary

Nxt Level is building an AI-native platform for capital markets and is seeking an Operations Associate to provide operating leverage as the company scales. In-office role with exposure to finance, HR, and compliance, touching all core functions from day one.

The candidate should be early in their career, highly organized, and eager to automate workflows using AI tools, scripts, and no-code platforms, while partnering with founders and the COO.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a detail-intensive environment (banking, consulting, or startup ops).
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams without slipping details.
• Automation-first mindset with interest in AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Automate and streamline workflows across operations, HR, finance, and admin.
• Partner with engineering to build internal tools and automations.
• Own monthly billing, invoicing, reconciliations and client setup.
• Support talent onboarding, contracts, payroll, and compliance.
• Maintain corporate filings, tax items, cap table, and investor reporting.
• Plan events, office operations, and special projects for founders.
