Job summary

K Health is seeking a Strategic Insights Analyst to fuse operations, data science, and AI-powered automation to drive strategic decisions. This onsite role in New York City collaborates with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to translate data into actions using SQL, Python, and AI tools.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of analytics or strategy experience, a strong AI mindset, and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of analytics, strategy, or related work with AI tooling
• AI-first mindset to enhance analytical workflows
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis
• Experience with AI-powered analysis tools and automation
• Solid grounding in statistics and data science concepts
• Excellent communication to translate data into insights

Responsibilities

• Apply analytical rigor and AI-powered tools to strategic business problems
• Enable self-serve analytics and data-driven decision making at scale
• Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Ops, Marketing, Product and Finance
• Develop and own key performance metrics with automated monitoring
• Analyze large datasets with SQL and Python using AI agents
• Build self-updating dashboards to scale decision-making
• Communicate insights clearly to leadership and stakeholders
• Develop scalable operational processes using AI and data assets
