Job summary

Garner Health is seeking an AI-Native Data Analyst I to join our Reporting team in NYC. You’ll produce automated client reports, partner with relationship managers, and optimize the full suite of reports for efficiency and impact.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in data roles, strong analytics skills, and comfort with AI-enabled dashboards. This is a hybrid NYC role requiring three in-office days weekly.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Consulting, or related data-centric role.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Autonomy to own reporting projects end-to-end and drive deliverables with accountability.
• Bias toward automation and scalability over one-off work.
• Confidence in building analytics, dashboards, and validating results with AI-assisted methods.
• Experience with Snowflake and SQL at scale; dbt is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own client-facing analysis end-to-end: scope, build, maintain and deliver reports for clients with senior input.
• Partner with client-facing teams to answer questions via robust, well-presented analyses.
• Build scalable report automation with the data engineering team.
• Develop deep domain expertise to drive meaningful insights for clients.
• Close reporting gaps by delivering new insights and improving reports.
• Raise the bar on data practices in visualization, documentation and consistency.
• Answer high-stakes questions with deep-dive investigations for strategic decisions.
