Job summary

Garner Health, a fast-growing healthcare technology company in New York, seeks an AI-Native Data Analyst II to join the Reporting team. You will own client-facing analysis end-to-end, build scalable report automation, and partner with client teams to answer complex questions.

The role is based in our NYC office (3 days/wk in-office: Tue–Thu), with a focus on the modern data stack (Snowflake/dbt/SQL) and AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or similar role.
• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into data-driven solutions.
• Autonomy and ownership of reporting projects end-to-end.
• Automation mindset with emphasis on scalable solutions.
• Comfort with building analytics and dashboards using AI agents.
• Making data accessible to stakeholders to inform decisions.
• Proficiency with Snowflake and SQL at scale; dbt is strongly preferred.
• Desire to work in a high-performing, mission-driven team with urgency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own client-facing analysis end-to-end from scoping to delivery.
• Partner with client-facing teams to answer questions via robust reports and presentations.
• Build scalable report automation with data eng to maintain automation suites.
• Develop deep domain expertise to drive meaningful insights.
• Close reporting gaps by identifying client needs and delivering insights.
• Raise the bar on data practices for visualization, documentation, and consistency.
• Run deep-dive investigations to answer high-stakes, ambiguous business questions.
