Qualifications

• 1+ years of client-facing or related experience in health or benefits, health actuarial and analytics work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with national initiatives, products, model and tool development is strongly preferred.
• Experience identifying and advancing AI-enabled analytics use cases with practical understanding of how emerging technologies can improve client delivery and market differentiation.
• Strategic thinking, problem solving, and results in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with reinsurance modeling, including stop loss and captives.
• Understanding of predictive modeling and insurance applications.
• Strong background in actuarial modeling, statistics, data science and ML.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile project management is a plus.
• Technical keywords: SQL, Python, R, Data Modeling, Data Visualization, Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyst for advanced analytics client projects, pilot projects, and initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality and timely delivery that exceeds client expectations.
• Develop analytics solutions using advanced analytics and machine learning.
• Contribute to proposals for new business discussions with prospective clients.
• Present analytics capabilities and market trends at internal and external events.
• Support commercialization and development of analytics capabilities and new products.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Informatics, Statistics, or related field
